Post Office Box
We are moving our office location and thought it would be a good idea to research our post office box options. My first thought was to use the USPS Cooper Station location because it is close to some of the places we visit most in Manhattan, including banks, schools, etc. Cooper Station does not have any rental boxes available. Stalking Bankers
So the big boss at our company is helping us get into small scale real estate development. That means we are getting feedback about loans from several banks. Now that two are neck to neck (5.225 and 5.125 respectively) the bank with the slightly higher mortgage is stalking us. Its not even the rate its the ability of one of the banks to extend the commitment rate past 60 days without any fees....
