I”m looking for ultra low flow toilets that work- yesterday I was convinced that 1.0 gpf was the way to go - only to find out today - there are toilets with .8 gpf. Found a link to Terry Love’s consumer toilet reports - A report and reviews on low flow water efficient toilets - via treehugger - These toilets went through the miso paste test - i’ll take a look at his spread sheet and check for pricing as well. http://www.terrylove.com/crtoilet.htm
This should be expanded on later - but we’re asking what counts, what is counted, and what is left out that should be counted. Maybe the news about the real estate and construction industry focused on reconstructions, or renovations - things would be more uplifting and people would start to invest quality. I really don’t know - basically - this has been researched by someone and I would like to use this entry to list discussions on the topic.
My friend, Alex Boell, sent me a link to what seems to be a great exhibition in Munich about Reconstruction - touching on rebuilding after wars in Europe and reconstructing building in Japan every 20 years… http://www.architekturmuseum.de/en/ausstellungen/bilder.php?which=204
